1) What Giftzilla is

Giftzilla curates products from independent boutiques and helps you discover bundles that fit a recipient’s vibe. We’re not the merchant of record—purchases happen directly on vendor sites.

2) Early access

The service is pre-launch and may change, break, or be unavailable. Features are provided “as is” without warranties.

3) Your responsibilities

• Use Giftzilla lawfully and respectfully; no scraping, abuse, or security testing.
• Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your region).

4) Vendors & third parties

Product pages, pricing, availability, and fulfillment are controlled by vendors. Giftzilla links you to their sites; any purchase is governed by each vendor’s terms and policies.

5) IP & content

Giftzilla trademarks, branding, and software are owned by us. Vendor product names, logos, and images are property of their respective owners and used for identification and linking.

6) Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giftzilla is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

7) Changes

We may update these terms as Giftzilla evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify early users.
